Use One Tea Bag And You Will Never See Spiders Or Mice Again

Rodents and insects have been around since the dawn of man. And so has the battle to contain them.

tea bag dangersMouse traps, believe it or not, were only invented about 120 years ago, so effective rodent management is a fairly recent science. But most of us don’t want to kill mice, spiders, or others unwanted home invaders, we just don’t want them coming onto our premises.

You’ll be glad to know that there is a simple, safe, and very effective way to drive pests away, and it even leaves your home smelling lovely! Best of all, it is completely safe for children and pets, which is always a consideration when using traps and even worse, poisons.

So what is it?

Tea!

That’s right, a simple, old-fashioned teabag can keep mice and spiders and more at bay. Not just any kind of tea, mind you: the one you want to use is peppermint. Placement is also important, so be sure to put one brewed tea bag in every corner of your house.

Don’t have or like tea? No problem! Pick up some essential oil of peppermint, a spray bottle, and a liquid dropper. After dropping in 10-15 oil squeezes, add water to the bottle, and you have an amazing and safe rodent repeller.

If you find that you’re more (or additionally) troubled by creepy crawly spiders, use a mixture of lemon and cinnamon oils in the same fashion. You want to hit your baseboards, as that’s where the little critters tend to gain access.

Not only will your home be pest-free, it will smell fresh and attractive when the visitors you do want to come over arrive!
